１．築５年以内物件には見向きもしない奴
２．近くのコンビニまでの距離確認ではなく、市立小中学校までの距離確認する奴
３．候補物件の半径200ｍの周辺地図をグーグルマップ確認する奴
４．さり気なく神社、仏閣を確認するする奴
５．近所にに事故物件ねえだろなって聞く奴

ちなみに４は百戦錬磨のベテランクラス、神社仏閣は建立されて百年単位の物が多い為、古い地盤の確認が容易
